The property is in a nature reserve area in south-eastern Poland, in the Bieszczady mountains, with a splendid all-round view of the artificial lake which, with over 500 million cubic metres of water and a shore length of 180 kilometres, is of enormous dimensions.

The property is on high ground and offers a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains.

It is the only property of this size which is not divided into separate parts on the whole lake.

The municipality of Solina has about 5000 inhabitants but there is capacity for more than a million overnight stays per year and this figure is growing year by year.

In an economic contest of municipalities that of Solina is in 75th place nationwide, in a national comparison with regard to investment it is in 40th place, but when it comes to innovation and effectiveness in a comparison of mayors it ranks fifth nationwide.
